which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only
receive telephone contact from us regarding that information. We do not partner with or have special
relationships with any ad server companies. Purchases from WeAreNotOurHair.com Fundraising Salon orders
are shipped in discreet packaging "From CyberMane Inc".
Should you wish to obtain services with CyberMane Inc's TheSecretMane Salon, please read our Waiver and
Indemnity Release Form prior to contacting our salon:
"I certify that the information I supplied in the client questionnaire are correct. Should I to proceed with
TheSecretMane Salon services, I understand that there are no refunds even if I decided to change my mind and
cancel my appointment.
I understand that there is a cancellation fee of $50/hr if I give less than 72 hours notice.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheSecretMane Salon and all its CyberMane Inc employees for loss,
damages, claims or actions of every kind that I may suffer as a consequence of my failure to provide them
with accurate and complete information.
I agree that I will not hold TheSecretMane Salon all its CyberMane Inc employees liable in anyway for any loss,
damages, or injury suffered by me as a consequence of my use of TheSecretMane Salon services.
I release TheSecretMane Salon all its CyberMane Inc employees from all claims and actions of every kind that I
might have as a consequence of my use of TheSecretMane Salon services.
I will indemnify and hold harmless TheSecretMane Salon all its CyberMane Inc employees free from all loss,
damage, claims, and actions of every kind that they incur or that are claimed or brought against them by any
party as a consequence of my use of TheSecretMane Salon’s services.
If I decide to hire TheSecretMane Salon to install my hair augmentation, I accept all the risks. I understand
that TheSecretMane Salon’s hair augmentation products are used regularly in the market today and recognized
for their high quality. I understand that these products are not ones that lasts for life and that the products
will eventually fall out / loosen. The maintenance of these products requires due care by myself to ensure
maximum longevity."
