My hair is not falling out. I have damaged thin hair but I do not want to wear a hair piece, hair system, or any kind of hair integration
including netting or webs. I simply want fuller, thicker and longer hair.

Can someone tell if I have Cyberhair® versus virgin human hair? Absolutely not! In my experience, my clients who really appreciate it have worn human
hair pieces for many, many years. Now after trying the Cyberhair®, they don't ever want to go back to hair pieces, or any kind of human hair attachments
for that matter. I can provide you with references, in order to get their feedback. You are also welcome to one of my clients getting the Cyberhair®

Who are the best candidates for Cyberhair®, MicroPoint Links or MicroPoint Accents ?
Those with see through hair on their head. These are attached only to the hair, and never the scalp.
If you shed more than normal or are taking meds that is causing your hair to shed excessively, I would recommend that you try my ' Secret Garden ' Hair
Health SPA Weekly Intense Treatment first. If that does not work, than a hair system or hair integration may do the trick.
My hair is falling out.
For this, I would recommend something that attaches to, both, the hair and scalp, or just to your scalp. I have systems as small as 4"x5" to systems large
enough to cover your entire head, and where you can pull out your own hair from the net or web. I can also cut skin grafts to fill in your bald spot.
I already wear a human hair system OR hair integration. What is the difference?
There is a big difference. Once you've tried Cyberhair® you may never want to go back.
Human hair has three stages of growth: the growing phase, the resting phase and the falling out phase. The hair shaft is made up of three components:
the medulla, the cortex and the cuticle.
The outside hair shaft is comprised of 7-15 layers of overlapping shingle like cuticles. These cuticles run in one direction from the base of the head to the
tip of the hair. Healthy, tight cuticles reflect shiny, silky hair while damaged cuticles reflect dull, lifeless hair. Damaged cuticles are caused by chemical
processing, hard water and repeated exposure to the sun. Once damaged, it is hard to close the cuticle and repair the damage. Many salon products are
being marketed for the repair of damaged cuticles, as it is common to see in our culture. The majority of human hair systems are made with processed
hair. Have you noticed that is looks amazing when you first get it and then after a couple of weeks it looks lifeless? This is because most of the hair that is
available in the market is dark hair. In order to get it to its desired appearance, it must undergo complete stripping and then be coated with silicone to give
it its sheen and luster. This silicone coating has a life span that will begin to fade after normal washing. If your human hair system is made of raw virgin
human hair, it will look much better providing that you don't chemically treat it with color or soak it in swimming pool water.
The only draw back is that raw virgin hair is very rare and hard to get. For instance, if you want blond hair with a curly texture, we need to chop off the
hair from a natural blond head that is carrying curly hair genes. But again, human hair is prone to damaging. If you can damage your own human hair,
then you can damage any human hair, regardless if you buy processed or raw virgin. Cyberhair® is totally different, and it feels like the real thing. It
looks and feels like human hair, but it never sheds. And because it won't absorb chemicals, you will always have healthy virgin looking hair.
How do the MicroPoint Links look like?
There is a tiny tie at the very top. The 1 hair at the top is your own hair, and the 5 hairs at the bottom is your 1 hair plus the 4 MicroPoint links. This is
permanent, and since your own hair does grow, you'd need to get a refill, but you'd still have last month's links attached providing that they have not yet

Do you do Cyberhair® for men or men's hair replacement? YES! My salon is safe, comfortable and very private. I am a very good listener,

Do you do various types ethnic hair: African American hair, Asian hair, Mixed Ethnicities? YES! I can custom blend textures and colors for

I’ve read in hair forums that with interlinks or micropoint links you have to go back for maintenance. True! If you wear a hair system now,
you have to go back at least monthly for a re-tightening. If you want to look nice, of course, you'd need to maintain your appearance. Just like shaving,
regular hair trims or color root touch ups you also want to maintain your extensions. Also since healthy growing hair sheds, the micropoint links attached
will shed. This is normal. This phase is the resting, or telogen phase.
How many MicroPoint Links do I need in one full year? The average top section for someone with diffuse thinning is 4800 to 12000 hairs for ideal
coverage. They would then come back for fill ins every 1 - 3 months and get 1/4 to 1/2 of their initial install. For those of you who are completely new to
Cyberhair®, start off small, because you can always upgrade.
I went to a couple of MicroPoint Link dealers. One dealer told me that she can only cover 30% of my existing hair. After going to you,
you were able to cover over 80%! You are the best installer! Thank you! It is true that after the initial install, bald spots are covered. But then
natural hair starts to grow and once that happens, once you lift the hair, you can see the bald spots again. This is telling you it’s time for a fill in. When I do
my fill ins, I actually attach more hair onto existing linked hair. I can attach 12 hairs onto 1 single growing hair, not just 4 onto 1 single hair. It is time
consuming, but the results are phenomenal!
I called another MicroPoint Link dealer close to me and they said that they can only work on my hair for 2 hours. I cannot wait to have
fuller hair.
Every studio works differently. Not all technicians are created equally. You must call around and find the perfect studio for you. The most amount of time
I'm willing to commit to installing these links are 8 hours. You can book with me for 1 day or 1 week. Now, if I see your hair is just too weak for these
attachments, I'm stopping the install. So it is essential that you must prep your hair for 2-4 weeks every single day with Hair Support Kit, vitamins and/or
Laser.
I've read the MicroPoint Links are not worth it because they fall out OR I've had the MicroPoint Links before and they came out. This is
most likely because your own hair is too weak. “MPL” is an investment. Prior to installing these links, I have my clients use the Hair Support Complete Kit
and Vitamins every single day for 2-4 full weeks. They also continue to use the products for maintenance. In the long run, the condition of their natural
hair improves tremendously. Now if they prefer a more aggressive result, my Low Level Laser device which they can also use at home is another option.
And yes, give it a good 2-4 weeks to prepare your hair for the Micro Point Links. At first, you may experience scalp redness and more hair shedding than
normal. This is ok and totally normal. It is because the Hair Support is like a "garden rake". This "garden rake" will remove the stubborn weeds to prepare
your garden for cultivating the healthiest flowers. We also offer Professional Scalp Facials and Ozone Steam Baths to aid in this process. For those who
cannot come to our salon, purchase our Low Level Laser Device and Hair Support Kit and Vitamins.
If your own hair falls out more than average, then you may not be a good candidate. The links will be attached to your own growing hair. Try a hair
system which attaches to your hair as well as your scalp. Hair has three stages of growth (see information on your hair’s growing cycle above). So it is
very normal for hair to shed up to 100 hairs every day. Look at your bath tub drain and your hair brush for the evidence.
Please help me. I don't want to wear a hair system for the rest of my life! I am only thinning on top. I don't want them to shave off my
hair. Although, I may not be a good candidate for your Micro Point Links, I would like to try. Clients like yourself happen to be our specialty.

I'm afraid to try the Cyberhair® because it is synthetic hair.
Cyberhair® has to be synthetic because you cannot tie 4 human hairs to 1 single human hair. It will slide right off. You have to try it for yourself to really
appreciate its originality. I can give you a sample to play with. Cyberhair® feels like human hair when it is wet and when it is dry. It holds its style just like
human hair, and reacts to hot tools just like human hair does. I use my Jilbere metal flat iron set to the highest temperature #25 to straighten my

What kind of people use Cyberhair® accent extensions?
Anybody who has worn extensions can use it. I use it to give my clients chemical-free highlights, length, and fullness. I also use it for kids who want to put
some Cyberhair® fun alternative colors into their hair. Personally, I prefer it over human hair extensions because Cyberhair® accent extensions are
much more lightweight, and I feel as if I'm not even wearing hair extensions. I can put it as close as my bang area and people cannot even tell.
Cyberhair® accent extensions are not just for problem hair. Anyone can use them!
I hear that Cyberhair® frizzes?
Yes, it can potentially frizz if not properly cared for. This is mainly due to lack of moisture, poor maintenance and/or friction caused by helmets or hats,
and any heat over 300 degrees. Well maintained Cyberhair® will always stay supple and moist in any weather condition. It is important to maintain the
hair with the cyberhair products and make a monthly appointment for maintenance. The hair is made of spun nylon and is very lightweight. And, of course,
even human hair will lose its style in the most humid of weather. So knowing this, to help prevent frizzies, Cyberhair® is to get is a good soaking at least
every 2-3 days. But the more you give it a drink of water the better! This hair loves water!! If you cannot wash your hair, then you can remove it (if you
opt for temporary attachments) and dunk it in a bucket of very warm water. To tell if your Cyberhair® needs moisture, is to check to see if the hair looks
dry and the shine is gone. Once this happens, come in for a Silicone Rejuvenation Steam Bath. It will help bring this hair back to life! Cyberhair® is like
your own skin. If it's dry, moisturize it. Also before you soak the hair, make sure you brush it smooth, since water will also set it. For example, if you wet
Cyberhair® while it is tangled, then the water will memorize this and will give you tangled Cyberhair® after it's dried. The better you take care of your
Cyberhair®, the longer you will have it. I also find that my African American clients’ Cyberhair® never frizzes. They wash their hair once a week; but their
secret is lots of oil.
Did you know that if you purchase Cyberhair® it is under warranty? You should also ask about the Cyberhair® Extreme Advantage, where you
get a new hair system every 6 months. These are best for clients who want to get fresh new Cyberhair® every 6 months. This sells more than the regular
system, which can last 12-18 months. The only difference is the base. The 6 month's base is finer. And if Cyberhair® is for you, you will enjoy the fact that
the hair never sheds, the colors never fade, it holds its style even in bad weather, it hardly needs any styling and it dries fast. But the worst case scenario

I had an attachment before, but I could see the attachments on my hair.
Anything that uses your hair as an anchor can be seen and felt. If you are not artistic with your hair then you would not know how to camouflage it to
really appreciate the aesthetic. Any fake attachments can, and will, be seen and can, and will, be felt regardless of size as long as they are attached to
your own growing hair. If however, they are attached to your growing hair and scalp, it can and will be seen and felt when it is time for the hair to grow
out. If it is attached to your naked scalp, then it is the most invisible because this system absorbs your skin tone. The downside is that it is made of a very
fine lace or very thin polyutherane skin. It must be replaced every 4-8 weeks, it is very expensive, and you need a bare scalp, so you have to shave off
your hair. If your hair will grow back, then it will, and can be seen, so you have to replace it often. Think of it like the sheerest pantyhose. They are more
delicate than spandex, with the same density as polyutherane used in grafting pieces or fishnet stockings. That is what is used in hair integration pieces.
My hair extensions are ripping out my hair.
How have you maintained them? Did you care for them as advised by your hairdresser? Did you leave it on for more than 8 weeks at a time? If you
maintained them very well, you should have zero problems. If this is the case, your own hair may be the problem. You would need a hair extension that
attaches to both the hair and the scalp. Invisible Hair is a very good option. I use it for thinning hair and for weak hair. I cut the skin grafts to fill in the
bald spots.
What can I use to help grow and strengthen my own hair?
Try the complete Hair Support Kit and vitamins. It gives your scalp a “facial.” It releases dormant hairs and creates a more healthy scalp environment.
Think of these patented hair care products as cultivators to prepare your "soil" which is necessary to cultivate healthy "flowers." For a more aggressive
approach rent or buy a Low Level Laser device. Think of this device as "photosynthesis." Yes, it uses light energy to stimulate deep down and regenerate
the cells. Low Level Laser is safe, no drugs, no surgery and no side-effects. As a footnote, Laser is widely used today and they come in many
wavelengths and colors; for example laser hair removal, laser teeth whitening and my pup recently got laser surgery. The laser we use is cold to the
touch. We also use it for facials to remove rosacea, acne and wrinkles.
I'm allergic to glues and bonds. First we can try a patch test and see if it does prove positive. If it does, you can choose from my many other
attachments such as: invisible threads, micro-beads for extended wear up to 8 weeks, or clips for daily wear.
Will hair growth pills or vitamins work? Everything I do is cosmetic and I do sell vitamins. I am not a magician. My best advice is that you won't
know unless you try. I gave a bottle for FREE to one of my clients just because she bought the Mane-For-A-Year package and paid me in full. She has told
me that she doesn't see the bald spot anymore. So it did work for her.
How does my hair grow?
Each hair on your head has a root and a shaft. When you brush or comb your hair, it is the shaft you are styling. The root of your hair is a soft, light-
colored bulb below the surface of your scalp. It lies in a casing called the follicle. At the bottom of the follicle is the papilla, which nourishes the root. Your
hair grows when new cells form around the papilla. These new cells push up on the old cells, gradually forcing them up out of the follicle. The old cells are
now part of the shaft. As long as the papilla provides nourishment for new cells, your hair continues to grow. The papilla can nourish new cells for years.

Will any of these systems make my hair grow back?
Everything I do is non-surgical, safe alternatives to surgery. I cannot speak for hair implants or any hair surgery because my license is only cosmetic. But
I can tell you that I've gotten post-surgery hair transplant clients who are still in need of more hair, since they did not have enough donor hair. This
comprises 90% of my Micro Point Link clients! As a matter of fact, they underwent more than one hair transplant surgery. Here are some before and after
pictures of people who have used our NON-SURGICAL SAFE Laser. These pictures speak for themselves.
Why are there so many different prices of human hair? Human hair is not all the same. Let's say, you need a hair system and you have several
friends and some of them have the hair you want, but some of them have hair you wouldn't consider having. I buy my hair from either hair companies or
a group of hair breeders whose business is strictly caring, feeding, growing and selling their 100% virgin raw healthy hair. Often times this hair may take
a while to get. I can let you know beforehand if, let's say, a curly redhead is available to cut off her 20" length hair.
What's the best for human hair? Everyone has their own opinions of the term "best." I will tell you that the most desirable in the world is 100% raw
virgin human hair. This hair is valuable, mostly costly and often times difficult to find. Don't expect to pay peanuts. One who has taken great care of her
hair won't sell it for the cost of hair you can easily buy. In 100% raw virgin human hair, the hair is so healthy, beautiful, youthful and thick. Every single
strand is even in color and even in texture. You can tell by the way it feels and the shine it gives, like a child's hair. “Patented technology” hair and
Cyberhair® are very easy to get and resembles “100% raw virgin human hair” but Cyberhair® is much more ultra lightweight, so there is less stress to
the hair. It looks as if the wearer has healthy hair! You have to see it to really believe it. Any amazing quality hair is costly. The cheapest is any
processed human hair from European, Asian or Indian origin. You have to ask, "has this hair ever been chemically colored, permed, etc?" If money is not
an issue, I can make any system for you in patented human hair or raw virgin human hair. It is not easy to find, so please be patient. During the
consultation, I will review your hair's texture and movement. I will then make my suggestions if you need raw virgin, Asian, European, Indian, etc. The
most important thing is that the hair I select for you has to match your own hair. So if you color your hair often, chances are you may not need 100%
virgin hair. The majority of my clients who are excellent candidates for raw virgin hair are usually kids.
I had my hair integration done and it has been a couple of weeks. My hair blending system looked so great after I left the shop, looked
terrible after only 2 weeks! HELP! Most human hair used in hair replacement is processed. I have found great success when my clients who have

I cannot tell the difference between all types of human hair.
If you take a cross section of human hair, each ethnic type will have a different appearance. Japanese hair is round in shape and is the largest in
diameter, straight in curl pattern and black in color. Chinese hair is round in shape, smaller in diameter than Japanese hair, straight in curl pattern and
black in color. The Japanese and Chinese hair is seldom used in the U.S. manufacturing of high-end women's' hairpieces. This hair is more suitable to
shorter styles for men and women and in lower end hairpieces. The exception is for the Chinese or Japanese wearer in which case it is ideal. Indian ( India
) hair is round oval in shape, smaller in diameter than Chinese (the most like Caucasian), straight in curl pattern and black or black/brown in color. Indian
is most often used in U.S. hair replacement, as it is the closest to the Caucasian texture. Caucasian hair is oval in shape, with varied diameters, varied curl
patterns and varied colors. Caucasian hair is not often used because of its lack of availability and the price. African American hair is flat or ribbon is shape,
fine and silky in texture (the opposite of what one might think) with varied curl patterns and black to black/brown in color. African American hair is never
used because of its short length and tight curl pattern. It is necessary to blend several other textures or chemically processed Indian hair to replicate the
texture of African American hair.
I hear European hair is the best for hair systems, pieces and integrations. A colleague of mine who owns a hair extension salon in Europe, says
that women out there say that hair made in the USA is actually better. It seems that the grass is always greener on the other side. European hair is very
fine and colors are often light brown to blond. This hair, because it is very fine, is unsuitable for chemical processing. This hair is best if used only for
virgin custom wigs. Because I make virgin custom wigs, I buy all different types of hair. I can tell the difference between a good batch as opposed to a
bad one. The majority of ponytails I get are of medium to dark color and very thick; so a fine textured light colored ponytail is very rare. Also, very few
European women will cut off, and sell their hair. The U.S. sells many hair extensions so we buy hair mostly from Asia . Indian hair is closest to Caucasian
and also come in Ethnic textures. It is also very easy to get, and in a true virgin state, because Indian culture is much more simple than American or
European beauty culture. Indian hair is much stronger and can withstand chemical processes. If you are a licensed hair dresser and expert colorist, you
understand that stronger darker virgin hair can go through numerous perms, dyes, and other chemical services without frying. Fine textured, light colored
hair can fry easily. Many times, the term “European hair” is really “Indian hair” that is made in Europe .
What is the best for patented hair? The best in the world is Cyberhair®. I have never seen any other man made hair that looks and feels as much
like raw virgin human hair as Cyberhair® does. I wear hair extensions, and I have both the virgin human hair extensions and the Cyberhair® extension
accents on my head. I love the Cyberhair® so much more. I can hardly feel its weight. I have been experimenting, pulling the strands out but this hair is
made of steel! My hair's natural color is dark brown and I wear blond extensions for highlights. Whenever my hairdresser colors my hair, my virgin
human hair extensions get damaged but the Cyberhair® extension accents never do! You have to really try a sample for yourself. Cyberhair® is also
available for hair systems.
Are all hair systems and hair integration systems the same, even if it is bought from 3 different companies and all were different prices
and different names? YES, but to sound exclusive they often rename it, buy the exclusive name or change the name if they claim it as 'human hair' of
European, Asian or Indian origin. The base materials used are the same and there are a lot to choose from. It's like going to the fabric store and choosing
which fabrics you need to make a wedding dress. The difference is in their signature services, the way they fit and measure you, and how they customize
the use of these materials for your specific problem areas. The only difference is the hair. “Processed” human hair is very easy to find, versus “100% raw
virgin human hair.” This hair is valuable, the most costly and often times rare. It is like getting curly blond hair directly from a pure blond head, carrying
curly hair genes. Don't expect to pay peanuts for virgin hair. “Patented technology” hair is easier to find, similar to “100% raw virgin human hair” and still
costly. As for the difference in price from hair replacement studios, think of it like purchasing real estate. In major cities the price is always higher than in
smaller towns. Location, location, location!
What is your opinion on buying hair systems from the Internet? Anything online is cheaper than personalized services. It's like shopping for
ready-to-wear clothes, versus going to a tailor. The best candidates are those who already know what kind of hair and materials they need, and were
professionally measured. They even know of a great hairdresser who can blend their haircut. Internet hair shopping is not for rookies. Any systems I sell
online include my personal professional guidance. They are bought by my clients who cannot come to me, or who plan to come to me soon. If you want us
to install a hairpiece you bought online, that's fine, but we will charge you the same for installation as if it were our piece.
What are your comments about public hair loss forums? If anyone can post, than most likely, it is gossip from faceless identities. Most are owned
by hair companies themselves, to lure you into becoming their client. Things to watch out for when you read the posts: "ABC hair company is better than
XYZ hair company;" "You have to buy from ABC;" or "ABC has the best prices around." Comments such as "I like my hair system. It is made of..." are
generally testimonials from real hair loss sufferers. Have you noticed that “real people” post comments and stories that are very long and detailed? They
explain their situation and their experiences more thoroughly. Whereas the pretenders only give one sentence and it sounds “pitchy” like an ad. I prefer
private forums. Hair loss is a very emotional thing, especially for a woman.
